Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
Prime Climate Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through primeclimate.co.uk and when you contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Prime Climate Solutions Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17295103. Our registered office is 27 Redwell Avenue, Bexhill-on-Sea, England, TN39 5DQ. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at admin@primeclimate.co.uk or on 07455 894788.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry and quote details. When you use our contact form, call us or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and a description of the work you need. We use these to respond to you, prepare quotes, and carry out the work you ask for.
- Newsletter signups. If you subscribe, we use your email address to send occasional news and offers, including your first service discount. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
- Customer and job records. If you become a customer, we keep records of the work done, equipment installed and invoices, because we need them to honour guarantees, meet health and safety obligations, and comply with tax law.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies on this site.
Our lawful bases
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing that contract (quotes and jobs), consent (newsletter), legal obligation (tax and safety records), and legitimate interests (site security and responding to general enquiries).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website hosting provider (Vercel), our form delivery provider (FormSubmit), which passes contact form submissions to our email, and our database provider (Neon), which stores our job records on servers in the United Kingdom. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Customer and job records are kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, in line with HMRC requirements. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent where consent is our basis. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@primeclimate.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date.
